By accessing, registering on, or using the dr999 platform (the "Platform"), including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services operated under the domain dr999.bet (the "Website"), you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the dr999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

To use the dr999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dr999 strictly prohibits access to its gaming services by any individual under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of dr999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

dr999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by dr999 will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

To access the full range of dr999 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one dr999 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under fictitious details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify dr999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and subsequently updated must be truthful. dr999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
• Non-transferability: Your dr999 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, dr999 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation) belongs to you.

dr999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems necessary. Withdrawal requests will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC. dr999 shall not be held liable for any delays caused by a player's failure to submit required documents promptly.

dr999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity.
• You are not using the Platform for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of your transaction. dr999 reserves the right to amend deposit limits without prior notice. dr999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which dr999 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the dr999 cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied in full before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

dr999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one to three business hours. dr999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. General bonus conditions applicable to all dr999 promotions:

You agree that:

• You will not use any software, bot, script, or other automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• You will not exploit any software vulnerability, error, or bug. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void and will be reclaimed.
• You will conduct yourself with reasonable courtesy toward other players and dr999 staff at all times.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game's rules. Where resolution is not possible, the stake will be returned to your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dr999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using fictitious, stolen, or third-party identity information to register an account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Employing any form of software, artificial intelligence, bot, or algorithmic tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dr999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the dr999 Platform without prior written consent.

All content on the dr999 Platform, including but not limited to the dr999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of dr999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of dr999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dr999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dr999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dr999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond dr999's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In no event shall dr999's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dr999 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited activities set out in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.

Upon termination, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC checks. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the dr999 Platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution offered by our support team, you may escalate the matter to our dedicated complaints handling team by formally requesting an escalation in your correspondence. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the dr999 management team within ten business days.

dr999's decision on any dispute concerning the outcome of a game round, bonus award, or account matter shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.

dr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dr999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were most recently updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dr999 holds its international gaming license. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any such dispute, without prejudice to dr999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
